I’ve been diving into my Southern Italian roots and reconnecting with my spiritual practice through Benedicaria, a tradition practiced by my family’s elders. Studying with Lisa Fazio has been really insightful and meaningful. Her teachings have helped me embrace the practice without the influence of the church and its dogma. So today, I celebrate the Blessed Mother and the many paths of consciousness she represents. My Nana’s patron saint has now become mine too.
